Good Company to work for if you want opportunities to advance - Senior Community Manager Wendover Housing Partners Employee Review

The thing that impressed me the most with Wendover, was the eagerness to make sure that corporate employees and onsite staff got to know each other as more than just a name. The new training regime definitely replaces the "fear" of dealing with Corporate with respect. I realize they recently restructured their training protocols but I have to say if there is anything you don't know it must be because you did not take the time to ask. Everyone in this company is ready and willing to lend a hand and corporate staff is always available. Corporate "hears" you, maybe that is why they made the training changes.

I have not found any real cons to Wendover. I am sure there are some as with any company but I am satisfied thus far.
