Set hours and weekends off
PTO time is decent

Again if you like serving and have a heart for the elderly, this is the prime environment, but just the same, stand strong and don’t get roped into the mess that happens.
Cons
Poor Leadership in corporate and some management.
Unethical behavior happens and is not dealt with appropriately.
Some management teams show to be cliques with their own agendas
Health insurance is so costly and honestly sucks
