      Pros

      Relaxed work environment. Decent amount of PTO. Good flexibility for appointments. Most residents are a pleasure to work with and be around. Management is friendly.

      Cons

      The management, while friendly, alre also very inconsistent and change the rules and regulations according to how they feel that day.
