None that I can think of.

- Building is quite nice for a head office. Within walking distance Snow Hill Station. - Collegaues often bring in sweets, samosas to share treats. - Wesleyan promotes diversity, actively participates in charity work, tries to have all inclusive environment. - Pay is decent in line with market expectations although it may vary with position and experience. - Decent pension and okay bonus. - Big brand in Financial industry

- Wesleyan is too dependent on contractors. It should instead hire more permanent staff and keep knowledge in-house. - Basic facilities like projectors in meeting rooms, conference calling facilities in meeting rooms, proper medical room, etc is lacking. - Knowledge sharing within teams is quite poor. - Too stringent requirement of working from Head Office. Wesleyan should adapt to changing times and changing work cultures and promote flexible or remote working few days a week to boost productivity and increase work life balance. - Poor and outdated procedures in place for change, incident and release management. Some of the products used are way too old.
