Pros
The title says it all! WEST Builders is more than willing to give an individual a lot of experience that would in turn take years to accumulate at some of the larger firms out there. They do not hang you out to dry but open you up to a lot of resources that help an individual problem solve. Additionally, they prefer to grow their employees by putting them on project from start to finish which is an underrated benefit. Last but definitely not least, the entire WEST Builders Team is great!
Cons
Being a small firm, they lack in traditional "standards" when it comes to working from project to project Sometimes your project may be in a critical stage that requires additional attention which ultimately means you are working long hours during those periods
