Pros
Nice perks and benefits. There are some nice people, but manly the older consultants. Within 1-2 years though they are usually fired or quit.
Cons
A frat house culture and a total who do you know attitude for promotions. I'm honestly surprised there are no harassment suits in the news! They do everything to win these "so called" industry awards, but yet most of them are bought. A total charade. A lot more turnover than they are willing to admit.
