Contrary to the brand, this is not a diverse or inclusive environment. There are significant issues in the internal functions more so then the client facing roles. The human resources team has faced extremely heavy turnover, and this would point to a greater strategic issue. Other than the marketing area, there is much work to be done to have the internal functions operate at the level that is needed to support a highly functioning and utilized client facing workforce.
