Pros
You will gain a ton of experience in a short amount of time. The culture is pretty cool for people straight out of college (beer, ping pong, snacks) , although these things are typical in newer companies. The line of career progression is very straight forward and defined.
Cons
HR writes ton of fake reviews. Extremely cliquey (very much a fit in or get out environment) Leadership isn't as transparent as they'd like to think. Management can be terrible (Overworked and burnt out PM's) Long hours and poor work/life balance is guaranteed (consulting standard). You have to drink the kool-aid and join the cult that surrounds the leadership if you want to move up. Very high turnover rate (about 1 year) 0 diversity.
