      Literally having a salary in the end of the month.

      Cons

      Totally uninspiring. The tech and processes feel like they're stuck in the 1900s, outdated systems, extremely slow decision-making, and zero innovation. There are people in leadership who've been there 10 or 20 years, and it shows. Nothing changes because they don't want it to. Leadership feels out of touch and has no sense of how fast the world moves now. There's literally nothing to get excited about or grow into.

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
