Thank you for your three years of contribution to the company! We want every employee to have a healthy work-life balance, so we are happy to see you agree. However, it’s disappointing to read your cons. As we continue to evolve our company, we are coming from a position of steady growth, and we can realize much more by changing the way we work, to ensure we retain and build on our strength as a leader in cross-border, cross-currency money movement. Our HR function is changing to a “people” approach, to better enable the success of each employee.
