They've started moving towards a younger demographic there and were doing a lot of reorganizing that left some of the older employees with many years of experience without a job. Some of the hiring decisions made in the last couple of years were suspect at best. There was still some modernization needed in some of their core customer facing systems. Although they are a truly global money transfer business, the competition is getting fiercer and they will need to step things up, especially in the US, to continue to be the front runner.
