It is very sad to say there are far far more cons than pros since the new CEO has started
-Seriously understaffed based on everyone quitting
-Can’t get work done because every group is short staffed but management expectations don’t change, feels that there is no empathy for employees surrounding workload
-Many groups are working weekends
-Compensation: bonuses and raises are frozen
-Layoffs
-Extremely cut-throat and egotistic environment
-A culture of bullying, seems that casual racism is tolerated even at senior management levels
-Numerous female leaders leaving
-Executives used to be very diverse but have since been replaced by all white male executives with the exception of 3-4 leaders
-Micro-management
-No upward mobility with nearly 490 job postings but no opportunities in Denver, only at regional level which are out of the country
