      Global company with a healthy culture managing agents in the entire globe ranging from large partners to mom and pop outfits with a varied range of technologies.

      Cons

      Large not agile organization with a great team of business leaders and technologist working together to improve culture, social and political contributions. The integration of many technologies ina blend of incoherent network makes it difficult to change.

      Pros

      Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

      Cons

      The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.
