It is hard to find personal fulfillment in your job when all that matters are sales and profit -Seems like your salary is closely tied to your age -Very little regard to mental health and well being -Low team morale and the feeling of burnout can be felt across the company -Lack of systems and structure which results in tons of manual data entry -No career development. You’re on your own to push for your own growth/training -There’s no HR dept. and as a result, unprofessionalism runs rampant
