Flexibility to be involved in projects across various functions/departments, regardless of the role you start in Ability to interact with senior executive team on a regular basis

      No real cons, but need to be prepared to work in a fast pace environment. Should know that this is not a 9-5 job.

      Pros

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
