Lots of positive energy and good people. The company is growing and work is stable as of this review. Management definitely has a vision. They WANT to have rich culture and values... (see cons)
Cons
A fair amount of negative energy and toxic individuals. Wheels Up has acquired some very miserable staff members. Most of these people are old ex-military that are trying to hang onto the glory days. This growing company has an oversized C suite and middle management is bloated, duties overlap which causes chaos. Management is adopting the failed policies from acquired companies and applying them to their most successful operations. The maintenance paperwork requirements from some of the acquired companies is insanely complicated, redundant, and time consuming!
