Pros

1. You get to fly to some cool ( and quite dangerous places such as Aspen , Telluride Eagle just for example) , as a 30 years veteran I could honestly say that I wouldn’t put my loved one in the back of one of their airplanes with some of their crews . 2. They are very supportive of LGTBQ if that's your thing...

Cons

1. They don’t pay on time, you always have to chase them down to get paid , when they finally pay you it’s way short and the chase continues , This is what the law defines as " wage theft " 2. This company is being ran by the most incompetent HR personnel. 3. This company has yet to make a profit and uses employees paychecks to pay their bills or so it appears. 4. This company cannot hire enough employees to make up for the mass exodus going on so the current workforce are being worked to the point of fatigue. 5. They do not provide their customers with what they are paying for , alcohol for example and you as crew have to deal with unhappy passengers 6. Some of the flight crews should not be allowed in the cockpit of an aircraft having the lowest industry’s standards. 7. Their solution for the abuse is “ we’ll pay you more” as if that would eliminate fatigue , the thing is that they don’t even pay whatever they promise. 8. I honestly believe that an accident is just a matter of time and unfortunately that’s what it’ll take for the FAA to shut them down.

Pros

Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

Cons

Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
