IT'S A JOB THAT PAYS THE BILLS.
Cons
Too many Chiefs and no one caring about the grunts. Upper Management is disconnected from the operation. Too many people are leaving because they are burned out. Any suggestions are filed in the garbage and disregarded. It's a revolving door because that's how Management wants it. 12hr shifts are very difficult to get through.
