WRL is AMAZING! - Converting Whiterock Locators Employee Review

Nobody told me to write this ish! If you get good at it, you'll EAT. However if your starting in your real estate career, this is the BEST place to start your career! Suzanne is absolutely phenomenal! I've was with the company for 2 years.The training that you have from her is incomparable to no other. I've also have been with SmartCity, and it's a night and day difference!!! The structure, the follow up process, is all so new age (I was closing double here at WRL w/o going on showings). Coming from the short NFL career, then getting my license and going to SmartCity... I didn't learn anything (I kid you not! It was hard). Coming here has open up my RE career to other opportunities. Joel and Suzanne will ALWAYS set you up for success, and will always support you!! As a for the day to day, get comfortable speaking on the phone. It's not a call center type, but any RE person knows this is necessary. But don't worry, Suzanne got you covered and you'll be making BIG bank in no time $$$

Unfortunately, I had to move to Houston and starting a role that i could not have gotten without WhiteRock Locators on my resumé. I'm soooo grateful to Joel and Suzanne!! The ride has been amazing y'all!!

The actual work: They provide warm/hot leads and handle invoice collections, which takes the pressure off the "back office work" and allows me to connect with clients. The training is hands on and really equips to you meet and surpass your goals. They do have a solid system to follow, it is very organized. The atmosphere : It is face paced, my day goes by quickly. Overall I have experienced a very collaborative environment, everyone here is friendly and it feels like a team. I have not had any clients stolen from me by another agent, in fact I have had other agents give advice to help me close. The Leadership: The broker and agent manager are very supportive and encouraging. I feel that they are committed to my success. They have a lot of insight and experience and that is what I needed when I first started here. Work/life balance: Hands down the best I have had in real estate! My nights and weekends are not filled with showings or appointments, I might respond to an email or return a call but it is not not taking over my entire day.
