Nobody told me to write this ish! If you get good at it, you'll EAT. However if your starting in your real estate career, this is the BEST place to start your career! Suzanne is absolutely phenomenal! I've was with the company for 2 years.The training that you have from her is incomparable to no other. I've also have been with SmartCity, and it's a night and day difference!!! The structure, the follow up process, is all so new age (I was closing double here at WRL w/o going on showings). Coming from the short NFL career, then getting my license and going to SmartCity... I didn't learn anything (I kid you not! It was hard). Coming here has open up my RE career to other opportunities. Joel and Suzanne will ALWAYS set you up for success, and will always support you!! As a for the day to day, get comfortable speaking on the phone. It's not a call center type, but any RE person knows this is necessary. But don't worry, Suzanne got you covered and you'll be making BIG bank in no time $$$

I was the first Agent hired at this company a few years ago. Joel, Suzanne and Lise provided an excellent training program and a fun work environment. Joel and the team are very intelligent and would share knowledge at the drop of a hat. We each had a task to complete in order for things to flow properly so we had several team meetings. This allowed us to bounce ideas off of each other. We listened to each other, implemented the strategies we discussed in our daily activities which resulted in happy clients. There was never a problem, only a solution. Also, we are all HUMAN! If a personal issue would arise, you can count on your team to cover you and your Broker to understand and support you. We all supported each other and pushed one another to be better.
