With the exception of ownership…..lackluster leadership. Expensive Insurance Benefits. Nepotism creates a negative work culture and environment. Lack of growth opportunities for some key roles. Micromanagement in some areas. Bad work ethic rewarded ahead of good work ethic and those who put in the effort at times. Being located in a shopping mall and working off of two levels isn’t very efficient for the operation. They will lure you in with a semi attractive wage, but you will end up paying in the long run. Those who have been there longer appear to think they are stuck there.
