Pros
Wiggin has many strengths. The people are supportive, the work is interesting, and the flexibility is excellent. It’s a fast-paced environment that assists learning and growth. The right colleagues are collaborative, and the work-life balance is better than at many other firms.
Cons
Like any workplace, there are challenges. Pay can feel inconsistent across gender & roles, and middle management voices aren't always heard. Collaboration was sometimes lacking, with uneven workload distribution. In some cases, upper management appeared resistant to feedback, dismissive of process improvement ideas, and there were instances of behavior that felt unprofessional and, at times, unethical. These issues ultimately contributed to my decision to leave.
