Working at wilcohess is great because they have flexible schedules; you don't have to choose to work from 6 to 1pm or 1pm to 11pm, they will work with you. Sometimes you are scheduled to come in at 8 am or at 3 pm, they are willing to work around your school schedule if you are a student. The employees are great, they have a good sense of humor, I actually get to laugh at work. Wilcohess also starts you out slow, and then give you more responsiblilties as you go along, so that you can master one job before encountering another.

Sometimes we can be understaffed, so on busy days a shift can get frustrating to keep up with. Also, sometimes shifts can be hard to handle, some days you work from 3 in the morning until 7 am, and others you work from 3am to 1pm.
