HFE corporate is great. Top notch benefits. Solid, proven corporate leadership.
Cons
Underhanded, micromanaging senior management. Has made no improvements to infrastructure in 10 years. Half the rides do not function properly (non-working emergency stops are common) and no animal enclosure is properly secured (three former Zoological Directors quit for that reason).
