Pros
Sounds exiting on paper. “Start up with tons of opportunities”, it all a big lie
Cons
The culture is like nothing I have ever seen in my years of professional experience. Almost everyone is sick of it but can’t leave due to below avg unemployment conditions at the moment. Days seem like weeks and meetings are as pointless as bothering to come up with new ideas as they’ll most likely get shut down by directors trying to please a ceo whose digital knowledge goes as far as opening a word document—yet the company prides itself with being tech-centric and forward-looking. Upper management is ignorant, self-centered and problematic. Hard to believe how some of these people got hired. None of them get along and often talk trash behind each other’s backs. You’ll get people who look ok on paper; graduated from good schools & have decent work experience yet have no idea how to run a department or manage people, the type that will get stuck following orders for the rest of their lives and only get promoted due to their age, not personal merit or intelectual capabilities. It all stems from an inexperienced HR department and hiring committee whose #1 priority is to fill up empty seats asap instead of fully evaluating new hires, plus not getting rid of people who are detrimental to the company and the cause of most of its problems. Oh it’s also owned by JBS, yes the shady, corrupt Brazilian company. Look them up.
