Pros

Decent perks, like half off supplements

Cons

Perks don’t make up for an actual culture of care and respect. I agree with the past reviews - top heavy, lack of communication, exec team doesn’t listen to feedback, campaigns thrown together, no chances of climbing the ladder. Feels very profit before people.

Pros

I've been with Wild Nutrition for over two and a half years and have had the privilege of seeing the business grow into an incredible company. The people genuinely care, the values are lived every day, and there's a real sense of purpose behind everything the business does. It's a collaborative environment where you're trusted to take ownership, your ideas are heard, and there's plenty of opportunity to make a meaningful impact. I've worked alongside some of the most talented people in my career, and it's been incredibly rewarding to watch so many of them grow, develop, and progress within the business. Seeing colleagues flourish as the company has evolved has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my time here.

Cons

As with any fast-growing business, priorities can change quickly and processes continue to evolve, so flexibility and adaptability are important. That said, it's exciting to be part of a company that's constantly improving and investing in its people as it grows.

Pros

General company culture is welcoming, inclusive and caring. Team events and wellbeing workshops/initiatives are regular and catered to the needs and dynamic of all teams (from warehouse to office). Many of the senior team feel approachable. B-corp values extend to the business and culture as a whole, and it's clear it is followed through in all areas from waste to packaging.

Cons

The company has grown significantly, and with that so has the workload which is noticeable across departments, and at all levels. Expectations are high and sometimes, there are just not enough hours in the day. The office space has been outgrown and therefore it can feel crowded and difficult to find focus at times. It would be nice if there were more flexibility around office days i.e. being able to choose which 3 days we work in office as opposed to fixed.
