Changed a lot in recent years. Micromanaging has become popular, and the overall atmosphere has gone downhill in the years I've worked here which is a shame. Too much work and not enough staff - needs reviewing.

Working at Wildcat has been an absolute dream. I have learned so much about digital marketing during my time there, and I have grown both personally and professionally. The people at Wildcat are amazing – they are supportive, friendly, and always willing to help. The clients we work with are fantastic, and the projects we get to be a part of are always interesting and challenging.

I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say about my time at Wildcat. If I could, I would still be there. But unfortunately, I had to relocate for personal reasons. I will always look back on my time at Wildcat with fondness, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. It truly is the best place to be!
