Changed a lot in recent years. Micromanaging has become popular, and the overall atmosphere has gone downhill in the years I've worked here which is a shame. Too much work and not enough staff - needs reviewing.
Wildcat has a good company culture and the general atmosphere day-to-day is very positive. There is a lot of flexibility within the company; employees concerns are listened to and changes are are made where necessary. Despite being a small business, employee benefits are continuously growing. Importantly, the agency genuinely strives to deliver good work and be transparent with each client, which makes it easy to feel good about the work you do day-in and day-out.
Cons
The agency setting means you are always on. Each account manager handles several clients and work needs to be turned around on a monthly basis, there is always a deadline to be fulfilled, which can be a lot.
