Very fast paced and you can learn a lot in a year.

Workload is high and can be quite stressful if you are not good at time management.

Good location and I had lots of progression.

Changed a lot in recent years. Micromanaging has become popular, and the overall atmosphere has gone downhill in the years I've worked here which is a shame. Too much work and not enough staff - needs reviewing.
