Pros
Great location and decent full time work for the area. If you work very hard you can fight for a promotion.
Cons
This company has turned a blind eye to it's employees' needs. Expecting people to work 50+ hours per week including being available by cell 24/7 to respond to 'emergencies' is not how you keep employees happy. They offer benefits but they are a joke. Health insurance for $1200/month with huge deductibles, no 401k matches while I was employed, and vacation earned that you aren't allowed to take for fear that all hell will break loose if you leave the county. There is very little growth opportunity because no one wants to teach employees. Most employees are very negative about the company and would love to find better work. Turn over is extremely high because no one can afford to live on the salary they pay (common for area) as well as the unrealistic expectations by management.
