      Pros

      -Flexibility in rental department -Decent health insurance -Work in a beautiful area and get to know the county and local business -Relaxed work environment -Most coworkers are down to earth and easy to work with

      Cons

      -Poor management that does not harness the capacity at which the company could grow and instead looks for short term solutions to big ticket problems. -Does not value hard work and condones violations of proper work place procedures -Does not treat employees like the assets they truly are.

      Pros

      Great vacation benefits. People are friendly and positive to be around. Love the location of the offices near my new home in the forest with lots of hiking trails for after work exercise.

      Cons

      I'd like to see a bit more educational benefits and training for duplicating stronger management skills within the HOA teams.

      good co workers location - if your trying to live in the mountains reduced rent housing is available but they pay the same as Wendy's so it's a wash.
