Pros

You get free food if you flirt with the kitchen

Cons

You have to work crazy hours just get to benefits and once you get those benefits you have to keep working crazy hours. The people we serve were ghetto/ and or entitled never tip. You could have a 600 dollar party and would get maybe 10 dollars. Managers never have your backs when people were yelling at you.

Pros

This is a well-organized, professional place with excellent food and lots of regulars. Fellow employees are lovely and wonderful to work with. Money is usually very good, you'll average $150-250 per night. Weekends and the winter holiday season can get super busy, you'll make bank!

Cons

Everything revolves around seniority, and some servers have been there 10+ years. So if you're starting out expect to work lots of doubles and don't expect all your day off requests will be granted. Management is known for letting go employees of many years over issues better addressed with a sitdown meeting, so your best bet is to read all customers' minds and not get written up for anything, ever. Lunches aren't usually very busy, and summers can get slow as well. They also have a strange rule that you can't leave until your last table exits the building, even if they paid an hour ago and are just chatting.
