Pros

The stuff is like a family. People like to get together and have fun. Management is good most of the time.

Cons

Some managers have their favorites. They also tend to overstuff the floor so you're not getting as many tables.

You get free food if you flirt with the kitchen

Cons

You have to work crazy hours just get to benefits and once you get those benefits you have to keep working crazy hours. The people we serve were ghetto/ and or entitled never tip. You could have a 600 dollar party and would get maybe 10 dollars. Managers never have your backs when people were yelling at you.

Pros

Most other servers are mature and have a lot of experience, so not a lot of newbie problems. The managers listen to you and care. Overall the best restaurant I have worked in.

Cons

Same problems that happen at other restaurants. Some favoritism with how servers are sat and some servers get away with more than others. That is the only problem I have.
