Pros
Great people and a genuinely supportive culture. The company uses Kanban in a way that actually works: priorities and progress are transparent, there’s room for initiative and personal leadership, and it doesn’t feel overburdened with bureaucracy. The work is very product-driven and involves active collaboration with Support, Sales, and Marketing to find solutions for real customer and market needs. The project is broad, cloud-based, requires solid expertise, and definitely doesn’t let you get bored. Also worth highlighting: the onboarding process is fantastic - a detailed plan made it easy to adapt quickly and get productive.
Cons
Because the work is cross-functional and customer-driven, priorities can shift and you sometimes need to context-switch quickly. There’s also quite a bit of communication involved, so deep uninterrupted “focus time” isn’t always guaranteed. The pace can be high when multiple streams align at once.
