Disorganised - Anonymous employee Wildpack Beverages Employee Review

I was told Wildpack can be very cut throat at times and I have found out the hard way. I come from very corporate background and was surprised to see how the company is ran. It is a start up which has positives and negatives. I've never worked for a company like this in my life. Many of the job titles and responsibilities do not align. They sacked 17 people in one go 2 months previously due to the company having expanded too quickly. The onboarding process leaves a lot to be desired. I would do significant research if you are considering applying for or accepting a role with them. Be aware they prioritise their staff who are in management roles already and onboarding can be challenging. I was given no timeline or overview for training, and when I asked questions, I received barely any help. For some reason after a few weeks in the company I was being added into external vendor meetings which were not being explained to me and not part of my job functions.
