Pros

The ability to work remotely. That’s it honestly.

Cons

Everything about this company. I read all the reviews going into a role here. I was aware of what the reputation was. Didn’t want to believe it, but it really is all true. Terrible leads for the newbies to try and make something happen. They hire people left and right, then drop them like flies. The only people who thrive here are ones who have been here a long time with great qualified leads. I asked for a reason as to why I was let go no clear answer. Just one day got a call saying my position was terminated. Immediately revoked access to all my email, crm, and ERP systems right before the quarterly payout for commissions. Great place to work if you want to be fed lies for 3 months and then get let go for no reason. Company is not in a good financial spot yet hires random people with no background or experience all the time and drops the ones who are about to close on big deals so that senior executives can take over them. I should have listened to the reviews here, now I will have to explain my 3 months here on my resume to other hiring managers. You’ll know your day is coming to an end when your manager is rude to you then schedules you for a random meeting on your calendar to tell you they are letting you go with HR manager on the call at the same time.

Pros

Completely remote. Flexible time off. Set your own schedule.

Cons

Predatory hiring practice of taking on numerous sales executives, feeding them very few leads, letting them develop their own pipelines and then severing them without notice, just prior to when they are due their quarterly commissions. The customers brought on are fed to the existing top performers and the cycle repeats.

Pros

Good place to show your skills. Good pay

Cons

Lay offs. No communication between staff and employees. Unorganized. Everyone wants to be the boss. Bad place to work. Too much going on.
