      Good place to show your skills. Good pay

      Cons

      Lay offs. No communication between staff and employees. Unorganized. Everyone wants to be the boss. Bad place to work. Too much going on.

      Startup mentality (which can be good or bad depending on you!) Still building processes (but you can be a part of building them!)
