      Pros

      Work-life balance is decent. Will make lifelong friends because the staff is amazing.

      Cons

      Management at all levels is very immature and never has your back. Pay doesn't match job requirements Vacation time isn't eligible until after a year. Cant use sick time until after 2 years

      I LOVED this Job it was amazing and if I had lived closer I would have retired there, wonderful benefits and awesome managers
