High school drama, the first day in my department I already had an abundance of knowledge of who done what with who, within two weeks of my employment I unknowingly became a part of the drama & I was then known for being lazy across the hospital, despite my continuous efforts. When addressed management just said that’s how it is here but I was punished for the rumors spread about me.
