Cons
Managers regularly and openly degrade employees. This is done in front of other coworkers and then it gets back to the individual within hours. If you have any good ideas they will be claimed by management as their own knowledge, while they degrade you. There are no opportunities for women to advance unless you are married to or dating management/owners. The head of hr is also the owners daughter so there is zero anonymity reporting any sort of harassment or wrong doing and anything reported will be minimalized. Management sets employees up for failure repeatedly by refusing to communicate and constantly making poor decisions knowing the only possible result is utter failure. People are expected to learn on their own, training is next to nonexistent. Zero support from management.
