Pros

-I can’t really even think of any pros

Cons

The marketing dept is absolute chaos. I’ve never in my career worked in a more messy, chaotic environment. A new CMO came in 8 months ago and dismantled the entire marketing department fired everyone and has failed to re- structure the department. I would not recommend leaving another company for Wilson. With Poor leadership and very low productivity you’ll wish you didn’t very fast.

Here at Wilson Electronics we are driven by several operating principles, one of which is OWN IT. We own our mistakes and our successes. We have been successfully hiring some fantastic people in our Marketing department!

Pros

I like that we're in one building now but that has its pros and cons

Cons

We spent a ton of money building a new manufacturing facility in Saint George, UT. Problem is, we're losing to competition. They're doing it faster and cheaper. Our costs are much higher, our quality is no longer that much better, and competitors have quickly caught up with our ideas. Management cries about competitors stealing our IP rather than innovating and staying ahead of the curve. We're losing to the competition and I'm afraid layoffs and further downsizing are imminent.
