Cons
The salary does not match the work expectations. Raises are rarely given, because of the company continuously pushing back employee evaluations. Not enough payroll hours are given, for management to successfully, upkeep the store. The company does a poor job with offering competitive wages, and that's why the employee retention rate, is terrible. Discussions of raises are always dismissed. When consulting with leadership to address concerns, or to provide insight, about store level responsibilities and salary, it is dismissed. Employees, call out, and show up late, because they are seeking employment elsewhere. It's very disheartening when trying to explain the workload to leadership, and its brushed off.
