Pros
Working here has been incredibly fulfilling, both professionally and personally. The company truly walks the talk when it comes to living its values and you see it in the way people treat each other, in leadership communication, and in the programs we offer our teams. As an HR Manager, I feel empowered to make a real difference, whether that’s through launching employee wellbeing initiatives, supporting leadership development, or improving the overall employee experience. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. I’ve been encouraged to bring ideas to the table and have seen many of them implemented, which is rare and refreshing. There’s a genuine focus on growth and development, not just for team members, but also for the HR team. Cross-functional collaboration is strong, and wins are celebrated. The work is meaningful, and the people are kind, driven, and mission-aligned.
Cons
Like any fast-paced company, priorities shift quickly and there are times when workload can feel high. That said, we’re encouraged to speak up when we need support, and I’ve found leaders to be responsive when we do.
