None I can think of.
Cons
Corporate office staff are snobs and stuck up. They think they're better than the rest of the employees at the sites who actually make things happen for the company. There's a lot of favoritism among who gets promoted and move up the ladder. No growth opportunity if you are a minority in the company. If you look at the majority of the managers, they are definitely not a minority unless you're in the Boston area, even though more qualified manager are apt to do the job, however, are overlooked.
