Cons
- The company is a startup for quite a while - Average-ish salary - There are some tech depths left, but you get used to work around them - Pretty poor documentation + you need to know where to look to find something (but you can ask around, people help you) - There is not much room to get promotions. The hierarchy has like 3 steps: developer -> tech lead (1 per team) -> head of development
