Recent new additions to the business are not what was expected or needed. These new people just do not fit with the team that was previously built. There is an attitude and arrogance with a couple that have joined recently. It is a bad attitude and what we now know is they are too close outside of the company which is clear and obvious now they are in it.

Expérience très négative chez Winsearch. Le discours “entreprise familiale et bienveillante” est clairement trompeur. La réalité est à l’opposé : ambiance tendue, manque total de bienveillance et climat de travail que j’ai trouvé franchement toxique. Je me suis senti très mal pendant cette expérience, avec une pression et un climat qui mettent rapidement mal à l’aise. Le fait d’être en open space n’aide pas du tout, au contraire : quand l’ambiance est déjà mauvaise, cela amplifie le malaise et rend les journées vraiment difficiles. Je déconseille fortement.
