Colleagues rewards and wider group support.
Cons
Recent new additions to the business are not what was expected or needed. These new people just do not fit with the team that was previously built. There is an attitude and arrogance with a couple that have joined recently. It is a bad attitude and what we now know is they are too close outside of the company which is clear and obvious now they are in it.
