Pros

The people who were at the company in the engineering department (management aside) were great at mentoring me to understand how to work as a beginner SW engineer and how to learn the trade

Cons

Horrible, toxic management, centered around hiring and firing the webapp team multiple times. Of course, this is not a viable strategy to get a software product off the ground. You need to hire good people and hang onto them until they deliver.

Pros

Great people who totally believe in the company and its mission. The sales and support teams are very motivated to take care of the customers. Flexible hours and easy commute location.

Cons

Some employees have been here too long. The technology used in some products is very old and difficult to support. Short staffed.

Pros

I have been working here for over 3 years and Wintac is the by far the best company I have worked for. The culture here is great. They really show employee appreciation whether it is through quarterly rewards, company outings and events which encourages interaction between all departments which is great. Management treats all employees fairly and with respect. All the managers are approachable at all times including the CEO. We have weekly sales meetings with the whole sales team, marketing team, management and CEO. I find these meetings very helpful since we always know what is going on, what lies ahead, and its a chance for an open discussion each week. The sales team can share what has been working and learn from each other, and converse with the marketing team. Our Marketing team is excellent and works hand in hand with the sales team. Company outlook and growth looks very promising as we have been growing each year and introducing new products into the market. You really feel like you are part of the team here, and not just a number.

Cons

Honestly, I have no cons to report. If you want to discuss anything with management or the CEO, their door is always open.
