Pros

They try to lure you in with work-from-home and work-life balance. However, in my opinion, the latter is not true.

Cons

The company culture seems to be driven by old boys' club influences. Even if you work hard, you will get overlooked or dismissed because of the connections of certain leaders. What they claim to be selling is not who they truly are. It's best to read through the reviews to get a better understanding of the situation - not everyone is disgruntled and wrong. The company lacks a clear leadership strategy, and those who have been there for a long time tend to ensure that you do not pose a threat to them, even if it means stepping over others. They may lie to your face and pretend everything is fine, but they will tell their supervisors a different story. It's not about achieving results or making an impact; it's all about having the right connections.

Pros

Most of the people I talked to seemed nice.

Cons

You should listen to the digital tech reviews. Digital tech leaders do not know what they are doing and send you around in circles. They take credit for the hard work that you do and do presentations of your work as if they are doing it themselves. They micromanage you and ask you personal questions about your life and family when you ask them not to. They ride your neck between meetings to check on the work you are doing and slap their name on every company or department status update. The meeting culture is bad and they still expect work to get done regardless. The HR complaint process is a complete and utter total bad stressful joke. The HR department protects whoever has power, even the guy they call a leader. HR takes forever to tell you what is going on while that guy interrogates, intimidates, and talks down to women himself the minute they file a complaint against another leader. I have never been talked to that way by a man ever before in my life ever ever. I am not the first woman of color he has treated this way and HR did nothing to help them. They def do not care about their employees of color.
