-great working environment, lots of growth opportunities -- works like a startup but has stability of an established business -AMAZING group of people to work with -great company events, fun group outings -free snacks, regularly scheduled free lunches -fantastic holiday party and gifts

The company is growing quickly and so they often have to tweak processes to meet changing demands -- if you can't deal well with adapting and changing with the times maybe this isn't the place for you. Open office concept can be noisy/distracting at times
